The services offered by Med Trips India is divided in to four simple categories which are described as below

Initial medical report review and consultation

  • Patient submits their medical history including medical reports to us upon which they are sent to doctors for their expert advice and consultation.
  • The cost of treatment in various hospitals are shared with the patient.
  • Based on the expert’s analysis, the patient is recommended best hospital along with the best doctor for treatment.
  • Upon confirmation, appointments are arranged with the doctors so that the patient can get the treatment started upon arrival without any wait time.
  • Conference call or video call can be arranged with the doctors before arrival if required.
  • Confidentiality of patient’s medical condition and records are maintained at all times.

Pre arrival services

  • Reports received from patient are sent to various doctors in partnered hospitals to get the doctor’s opinion.
  • Online consultation with doctors across India can be arranged if required.
  • Medical visa is arranged for the patient and its family members by assisting in obtaining the documents required by the Indian Embassy in order to grant medical visa.
  • After the arrival confirmation by the patient, appointments are arranged and confirmed with the doctor.
  • Upon coordinating with hospital, the patient is informed about the approximate number of days of stay required in hospital.
  • The patient is helped in planning its complete itinerary based on availability of doctor.
  • Patient is helped in arranging suitable accommodation and flight while keeping the budget of patient in consideration.

Upon Arrival Services

  • Receiving the patient and its attendant from the airport and transferring them to accommodation or hospital as per the planned itinerary.
  • Arranging ground and air ambulance if required.
  • Providing affordable accommodation such as hotels (budget, deluxe, luxury), guest house, apartments and so on as per the patient’s requirement.
  • Special assistance(wheelchairs, crutches, and so on)
  • Arranged for the handicapped patients.
  • Arrangement of interpreter or language translator.
  • Providing foreign currency exchange service if needed.
  • Arrangement of interpreter or language translator.
  • Arranging local sim card with international calling for patient.
  • Organizingpatient’s OPD and tests as per the itinerary.
  • Arrangement of interpreter or language translator.
  • Making patient coordinator and language interpreter available at all times when patient is in hospital.
  • Keeping the patient’s referral doctor and family members well informed about the patient’s progress during the treatment.
  • Assisting the patient in hassle free discharge and settlement of bill with the hospital.
  • Assisting the patient with the settlement of bill and check out from the accommodation (hotels, apartment, etc).
  • Arrangements of sightseeing’s and tours in India if required by the patient.
  • Transfer of patient along with the coordinator to the airport for the departure of patient.
  • 24x7 emergency service made available to the patient.
  • Any other miscellaneous services required by the patient.

Post departure follow up services

  • Keeping in touch with the patient regarding its health post treatment.
  • Arrangement of calls between the patient and treating doctor as and when required.
  • Providing patient with the educational material pertaining to its treatment.
  • Informing patient about the free checkups and camps being arranged in patient’s country.
  • Any other post treatment service or assistance required by the patient.
